Description
The 20-acre grounds of Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden sits behind the Grade II* listed townhouse completed by John Carr in 1777. There are lawns, herbaceous borders, kitchen gardens, walled paddocks and parkland.
Our visit included a tour, with a special visit to the walled garden, not usually accessible on public openings.
