Park and pleasure grounds laid out in part to designs by Humphry Repton of 1809/10 with mid C19 additions by W A Nesfield.

The historic designed landscape around Owston Hall was shaped by Bryan Cooke and his son, Philip Davies-Cooke, between 1785 and 1853. Bryan consulted the landscape designers Thomas White in 1785 and Humphry Repton in 1792. Some of their suggestions for improvement were adopted by Cooke over the next thirty years. These included a new kitchen garden, parkland, pleasure grounds, flower garden and extensive plantations.

Oxton Hall park and garden is a largely intact early to mid-19th century designed landscape that takes advantage of its slightly elevated position compared to its surroundings. It was in an area that previously had been fields, so its location was presumably an important factor for the buildings and later grounds.

An early C20 garden laid out by the architect Sir William Milner with formal and informal elements, and further developed by him during the mid C20.

Country estate developed by the Gascoigne family mainly in the C18, and early C19, with further later additions and alterations.

A public park designed by James Craig Niven, with an associated housing development, opened in 1861.

Pepper Arden is a predominantly 19th century park and garden but with important designed landscapes dating from previous periods. The first main house, now Temple Farm, was located in the northern part and had associated gardens created in the 17th century or possibly earlier. A new Hall was built in the second quarter of the 18th century in the southern section with walled gardens, orchards and formal avenues.
